Private Parties

Looking to have a party on a Friday or Saturday night at June Farms? Our Thoroughbred Party gives you private use of The Pony Barn for your celebration!

The Thoroughbred Party includes:

• Private use of The Pony Barn Barn or tent from 6–11pm.
• $150/person. 50 person minimum spend.
• 3 Bar Package Options: 1.) Guests Pay for their own drinks 2.) We run a bar tab, you pay at the end 3.) Full Open Bar $40/person.
• A $5,000 nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm your date, and the deposit will be applied to the final bill.
• A music playlist, wild flower floral inside the Pony Barn, and all tables and chairs (for up to 100 people) provided by June Farms

Other items not included in this package:

• Food is not included. We are only the site and the alcohol. You must use an approved caterer or food truck. If you would prefer to bring in your own food that would need to be approved by Matt.
• A band or DJ
• Additional floral
• Any additional tables or chairs need for your party other than what is provided

The final bill will add a 20% service charge, 8% NYS sales tax, and a $500 Event Coordinator Fee.

Our most popular option, The Pony Party is typically a DAY PARTY, or a party at night during the week. It is a great choice for a birthday, baby shower, bridal shower, or office party! If you’re looking for a party on a Friday or Saturday night, please take a look at our Thoroughbred Party!

Based on the party you choose, you will be charged a price per person, plus 8% tax, 20% service charge, and a 10% event coordinator fee. There must be a minimum of 20 people to book this party, and you can have as many as 300 people. A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm your date, and the deposit will be applied to the final bill.

What is included?

Private use of The Pony Barn for 3 HOURS, tables, chairs and floral inside The Pony Barn, sound system, and staffing. This party also allows your guests to walk around the farm and meet all of our happy farm animals during the party! It also includes parking and admission to the farm for all guests.

Food is not included in this package. We will help you choose a caterer who can provide an exception meal within budget.

This party is only available between Memorial Day and Labor Day. If you are looking for a fun, casual way to enjoy a day at the farm with a small group of people? Our Small Party is perfect for 15-25 people!

Minimum of 15 people.

This party is $100/person + 8% sales tax, 20% service charge and $250 event coordinator fee.

A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm your date, and the deposit will be applied to the final bill.

For this party, guests typically bring in their own food for the party, but we can help you choose a caterer who can provide an exception meal within budget. We do not allow “drop offs”. If June Farm is needing to handle the implementation of the food for the party there will be an additional $250 food service fee added.

Celebration of life services take a fresh approach to end-of-life gatherings. And many families are opting for them over the traditional funeral route. That’s because this type of service remembers the deceased from a perspective of positivity and joy.

All the while, it treats the process of honoring him or her with compassion and humility. And it prioritizes the comfort of close loved ones who were left behind in grief.

The service itself is a meeting of friends and family in a serene location after the physical remains of the deceased have been cared for either by burial or cremation.

For this remembrance, we give your family private use of The Pony Barn for 3 hours from 11am – 2pm, giving them time to visit with guests and walk around the farm to reflect.

This service is $3,000 for 3 hours, a bar tab to be paid at the end of the service. 20% service charge, $500 event commission fee, and taxes apply. A $500 nonrefundable deposit is required to confirm your date, and the deposit will be applied to the final bill.
